Scherrens Filtration BV was formed in 1992 and has become a concept in the world of filtration.

Over the years, the company has invested heavily in both knowledge and infrastructure. In the summer of 1996, we started to use our first computer-controlled laser cutting machine. In October of the same year, we obtained our first ISO 9001 certificate.

We have our own cloth workshop where people with years of experience work with the very latest machines. This means we not only guarantee a perfect finish, but also provide a fully customised service for our clients. All items are designed and cut in our own workshop using an ultra-modern laser cutting machine. As it happens, in 2008, we started using a second laser cutting machine with even more facilities.

We always have a good stock and an extensive choice of technical fabrics and needle felts so that we can guarantee a speedy delivery. Our extensive supply programme consists of press filter fabrics, dusting sleeves, band pass filters, sieve tighteners, drum filters, filter bags, multi-pockets, drainage cloths for containers, air circulation channels, and so on.

In our ‘sieve tightening’ division we tighten all sorts of sieve shakers in a professional manner using plastic or wire netting. Here, too, we have at our disposal a good stock of metal and plastic fabrics.

To offer our clients the widest possible choice, we also supply all accessories and parts for your new or existing filters.
